These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Affiliate Program (also referred to as the Partnership Program) operated by M3LM Games. By enrolling in the program, affiliates agree to abide by these terms.

1- Program Overview
1.1- The Affiliate Program allows individuals (”Affiliates”) to promote M3LM Games's products through a unique referral link and/or discount code. Affiliates earn commissions based on qualifying sales made through these referrals.

2- Eligibility
2.1- Participation is free and open to any individual or entity with an account on M3LM Games’s platform.
2.2- No purchase is necessary to join the Affiliate Program.
2.3- Affiliates must agree to these Terms and Conditions upon registration.

3- Registration Process
3.1- To register, create an account on M3LM Games's website or log in to an existing account.
3.2- Navigate to the Affiliate Program section and click “Join Now.”
3.3- You must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Affiliate Program before proceeding.

4- Referral Methods
4.1- Affiliates can refer customers using the following methods:
4.1.1- Referral Link: A unique URL that tracks referrals.
4.1.2- Discount Code: A code provided to Affiliates which customers can use during checkout to receive a discount.
4.2- The discount code takes priority over the referral link when both are used.

5- Commission Structure
5.1- Direct Sales: Affiliates earn 10% of the total sales amount for every direct purchase made through their referral link or discount code.
5.2- Indirect Sales: If an affiliate successfully recruits another individual into the program, they will earn 5% of the total sales amount generated by that secondary affiliate.
5.3- Discount Code: Affiliates may offer customers a discount code of up to 10% off the total purchase.

6- Payouts
6.1- Earnings will be credited to the Affiliate's account.
6.2- Affiliates can withdraw earnings through a bank account or cryptocurrency wallet.
6.3- Withdrawal processing time is generally between 4 to 7 business days, depending on the method and location.

7- Cookies and Tracking
7.1- Cookie Duration: Referral cookies last for 30 days, meaning if a referred customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking the affiliate’s link, the affiliate will earn a commission.
7.2- Discount Code Tracking: If a customer uses an affiliate's discount code, it will override any previous referral link, ensuring the commission is credited to the discount code holder.

8- Termination
8.1- M3LM Games reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for:
8.1.1- Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
8.1.2- Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating fake referrals or manipulating the referral system.
8.1.3- Promoting M3LM Games in a manner that is illegal, misleading, or damaging to the brand.

9- Affiliate Responsibilities And Prohibited Activities
9.1- Affiliates are responsible for promoting M3LM Games ethically and legally.
9.2- Affiliates must not engage in spamming, sending unsolicited emails, or other deceptive practices.
9.3- Affiliates must clearly disclose that they will earn a commission on any sales generated through their referral links or discount codes.
9.4- Affiliates are prohibited from:
9.4.1- Promoting the Affiliate Program using fraudulent or deceptive practices.
9.4.2- Using their own referral link or discount code to make purchases for personal benefit (”self-referral”).
9.4.3- Bidding on the Company’s trademark or variations thereof in pay-per-click advertising campaigns without prior written consent.
9.4.4- Creating websites or social media profiles that resemble the Company’s official pages or use our intellectual property without permission.

10- Modifications to the Program
10.1- M3LM Games reserves the right to modify the Affiliate Program, including commission rates and payment terms, at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through their affiliate dashboard.

11- Liability
11.1- M3LM Games will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the Affiliate Program. The company’s total liability in connection with the Affiliate Program will not exceed the total commission earned by the affiliate during the preceding 12 months.

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
